Do you have fresh batches starting soon, and what are the class timings so they don't clash with school?

Do the teachers start teaching from the very basics, or is it only advanced problem-solving?
We start every topic from the absolute basics. We specialize in helping students from rural backgrounds, Hindi medium, and the UP Board build strong foundational concepts first before moving on to advanced, competitive problem-solving.
What kind of study materials do you provide to students to help them prepare for their exams?
We provide custom-designed Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology modules tailored by our expert faculty. Our curriculum is highly effective—for the last 4 years, 100% of the Biology questions in the official NEET exam have come directly from our Verchas Academy modules.
How do you track a student's progress? Do you conduct regular test series to check their performance?
We evaluate progress using a rigorous test series featuring monthly minor tests and quarterly major tests. To ensure a completely unbiased, high-standard national evaluation, our test series are curated by external testing agencies rather than our internal faculty.
Who are the teachers at the academy? Do you have experienced faculties who specialize in NEET and IIT-JEE preparation?

Do you conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) at the academy? How do you keep parents informed about a child's marks and attendance?
Yes, we host formal PTMs quarterly after every major test. Additionally, detailed scorecards from all minor and major tests are instantly sent to parents via WhatsApp and text messages. We also maintain an open-door policy for parents to meet our faculty or directors anytime.
What security and safety measures are in place at the campus, particularly regarding student supervision and emergency preparedness?
Our campus features 24/7 CCTV surveillance and a biometric attendance system that sends automatic entry/exit SMS alerts to parents. For maximum safety and privacy, girls' restrooms are inside the main building, while boys' facilities are outdoors. The building includes full fire safety equipment, trained staff, and a dedicated rear fire exit.
We live outside of Ayodhya. Do you provide hostel or lodging facilities for out-of-town students who want to study at your academy?
